Richmond police receive body cameras, will be on every officer in 2015 RICHMOND -- Police body cameras have become an issue du jour in the wake of Ferguson and other controversies involving use of force by law enforcement, but Richmond's Police Department first moved in that direction with a pilot program more than a year ago.
